「Normandy Channel Race」後藤浩紀氏メッセージ

本日は、5月14日スタートのNormandy Channel Raceに参戦するSailor・後藤浩紀氏よりメッセージが届きましたのでお伝えします！

16歳でセーリングを始め、470やナクラ17、モスなどの速いヨットに夢中になり、 あっという間に29年が過ぎてしまいました。
2016年には地元葉山でモスの世界選手権を開催し、 一つの達成感を感じていたところ、たまたま北田さんに出会い、 こうしてオーシャンレースに挑戦する機会を得たことに感謝しています。
初めてなので、まずは安全に楽しくレースを終えることが目標です。
目の前に広がった大きなフィールドに興奮しています。

29 years have already flown away since I got fascinated by sailing boats such as 470, Nacra 17 and Moth, at the age of 16 years old. In 2016, after having successfully hosted the Moth World Championship in my hometown Hayama, I was lucky enough to meet Hiroshi Kitada by chance, and to get the opportunity to challenge the Normandy Channel Race today. Since it is my first time, my target is to finish safely and with a smile! I can’t wait to explore this new big field spreading in front of me.

J’ai été fasciné par les deriveurs comme le 470, le Nacra 17 et le Moth, de l’âge de 16 ans. Les 29 ans qui viennent de passer ont été aussi rapides que les bateaux sur lesquels j’ai navigué. C’est en 2016, après avoir réussi à organiser le Championnat du Monde Moth à Hayama , ma ville natale , que j’ai eu la chance de rencontrer Hiroshi Kitada et l’opportunité de défier la Normandy Channel Race aujourd’hui Comme c’est ma première, mon ambition est de terminer en toute sécurité et avec le sourire! J’ai hâte d’explorer ce nouveau terrain de jeu qui s’ouvre face à moi.
